Why it matters

What your signature needs to do

  1. 01

    Look established

Logo, website, address and phone number in the same place every time: that's what a real business looks like. Because you are one.

  2. 02

    Save your customers a question

Business customers often need your registration and VAT numbers for their records. In the Netherlands it's also common practice to put your KvK number in your emails.

  3. 03

    Turn emails into orders

A button to your shop, booking page or quote form turns everyday emails into a quiet sales channel.

Frequently asked questions

Is my company registration number required in emails?

That depends on your country and type of company, and we can't give legal advice. In the Netherlands it's common practice to include your KvK number in business emails. Check with your chamber of commerce or accountant for what applies to you.

Should I use my photo or my logo?

Both, if you can. The logo tells people which business it is; the photo tells them who they're dealing with. Hero Card and Photo + Logo show both.

Can my employees get the same signature?

Yes. With the team generator you upload a CSV and get a matching signature for each person.
