Frequently asked questions
Does this template work in Outlook?
Yes. CTA Badge is built with tables and inline styles, which is what Outlook handles best. Classic Outlook for Windows may square off rounded corners, but the text, layout and links stay intact. See the Outlook guide.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no trial, no credit card and no watermark under your signature. You copy the signature and paste it into your email client.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. You pick the accent colour, for example your brand colour. It's used for the lines, labels and icons in this template.
Do I need a photo?
No. Leave the field empty and that part disappears cleanly from the signature. If you do upload an image, it's hosted online so email clients can load it.
Will it look right on mobile?
Most mail apps show it as-is. On a narrow screen a wide signature may be scaled down a little. Keep it to a few lines and it stays easy to read.
